As an 18HH I ordered Mid size. Could have possibly gone up but I just got the extender for the back. There is lots boob spillage but it is very sexy. The cherry red is gorgeous. And it is so well made and comfortable. I’m very impressed and happy to be supporting a local business.

The harness is really good quality. I'm usually size 12E, and I purchased a small, but in the future, I will order Medium as the under brust is a little tight on the small for me. The straps under bust and on the neck could be wider as they dig in a tiny bit. Besides that, this is a solid product. I will definitely be hunting the black one once it comes back in my size.
