RETURNS

We want you to love your Lolliwraps pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry we offer a 14 days return policy from delivery date. 

Please read the following information prior to lodging a returns request.

  • All return requests must be submitted via our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you’ll have 5 days to send the item(s) back before your return label expires.

    If you added Free Returns at checkout:

    • If you're in the USA or Australia and selected Free Returns at checkout, your return label is fully covered—you won’t need to pay for a label to send your item(s) back. Simply follow the steps in the portal.

    If you didn't add Free Returns:

    • You’ll need to purchase a return label through the Returns Portal when submitting your request. We offer the lowest rates through our partnered services.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • Ony full prices items are eligible. Sale items will be rejected.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • Tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) must remain attached.
    • Items must be returned in pristine condition, free of fake tan, perfume, makeup, or other marks.


    If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back at your expense.

    Outside the 14-Day Window: While we hope it doesn’t come to this, if more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we’re unable to process a return, exchange, store credit, or refund.

  • Please allow 5 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered to process your return.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including cancelled orders.

    All returns will be issued as store credit only. Your store credit will be valid for 3 years and can be used across any product on our site.

    We do not offer direct exchanges or hold items.

    New promos can’t be backdated, so they won’t apply to past orders. Discount codes also can’t be added after purchase

  • Sale Items: Not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credits.

  • We are truly sorry to hear about your suspected defective or faulty item. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

    • Contact us immediately at hello@lolliwraps.com.au with photos and a description of the issue.
    • Once the fault is confirmed, we will email you a return shipping label to send the item back to us.
    • Faulty items will be inspected. If confirmed and we cannot replace the item a full store credit will be applied to your account.

    Please note:

    • No fees will be charged for refunds or returns if the issue is due to our mistake or a faulty product that we can replace or issue a store credit. A $10 restocking fee only applies for refunds.
    • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care does not qualify as a fault.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty or the mistake was on our end.

    • If you added Free Returns at checkout (USA & Australia only), your return label is covered, and you won’t need to pay to send your item(s) back.
    • If you didn’t add Free Returns, you’ll need to purchase a return label through our Returns Portal. We offer the lowest rates through our partnered services.
    • For exchanges: Free Returns only covers the return label. If you’re exchanging an item, you’ll need to pay for shipping on the new item being sent out.

    Items sent back without prior approval or without the order number included in the package may not be accepted.

  • If a package finds its way back to us because of an address mishap or it wasn’t collected, you’ll need to cover the re-shipping.

  • At this stage we do not offer direct product exchanges. You will be issued a store credit back to your account that can be used to purchase a different size or style.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind or cancelled orders.
    • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

    Refunds will only be issued if a faulty item cannot be replaced or store credit applied to the customer account. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and will incur a $10 fee.

  • We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed, as our fulfilment works extremely fast. Should you change your mind prior to your order being shipped, you will be issued a store credit.

  • All Lolliwraps items are lovingly sent from our Lolliwraps studio located: Naarm/Melbourne in Victoria, Australia.

    • Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
    • Oversold Items: In the rare event of an oversold item, we will offer a replacement item, store credit, or a refund.
    • Wrong Delivery: Our bad! If we've sent the wrong items, please send photos to hello@lolliwraps.com.au. We'll send the correct item(s) your way once the incorrect items(s) have been received back and cover the shipping costs for our mistake.
    • Rejected Returns: Items that do not meet the return criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
    • Address Changes: Address changes can only be made prior to fulfilment. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be changed. Customers are welcome to contact Australia Post to arrange a redirect, if possible. If the item is returned to sender as a result, the re-shipping cost will need to be paid by the customer.
