Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit on eligible items.
Submit your return through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. If your return meets our requirements, it will be automatically approved.
You’ll have 5 days to send your item(s) back before your label expires.
How to Start a Return
Head to our Returns Portal and follow the steps.
If your return is eligible, you’ll be able to generate a return label and send your item(s) back.
Store credit is issued once your return has been received and checked.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
You’ll need to purchase a return label through the portal when submitting your return.
We don’t offer free returns or return coverage at checkout.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received something faulty or not what you ordered? Submit a claim through the Returns Portal with clear photos.
Claims are reviewed by our team and are not automatically approved.
If approved:
- We’ll cover the return shipping label
- You’ll be offered a replacement, repair, or store credit
Important Notes
- Items must be unworn and returned in original condition with all packaging
- Returns that don’t meet our requirements may be rejected
- Store credit is issued once items are received and approved
