All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. However, during holidays, major sales, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may extend slightly.
Important Note: The shipping option you select (Standard or Express) refers to the speed of delivery once your order is handed over to AusPost. This does not include the picking and packing time. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

AusPost hands over international parcels to the local carrier in the destination country. We recommend tracking your order with your local carrier for real-time updates to ensure safe delivery.
If your order includes pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order stock is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
External factors such as public holidays, customs processing, or postal delays can affect delivery times. Once your parcel is with AusPost, we have limited control over the process. If your order is delayed, contact AusPost directly for updates.
Unfortunately, we do not offer in-person pick-ups or pre-purchase viewings.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Please double-check your address before finalising your order.
While we do everything we can to ensure your parcel arrives safely, we cannot offer refunds for lost orders. Please track your shipment and ensure a safe delivery spot is available.
We cannot deliver to military bases. AusPost may deliver to some international PO Boxes, but this depends on the destination country's postal services. We recommend checking with the local postal carrier in your destination country to confirm if delivery to a PO Box is possible. Please monitor your tracking number and contact us if there are any issues.
If your order is redirected to a collection point and not picked up within the carrier's timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, you will not be refunded for the goods, shipping, or customs fees. You will have the option to pay for re-shipping once the parcel is received back by us.
When shopping internationally, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
If any taxes or duties are required, you’ll need to pay them to release your parcel from customs. Please note, once your order has been shipped, all duties and taxes are non-refundable.
For returns, Lolliwraps does not refund any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with your purchase. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies to avoid unexpected costs.
