Can I return an order?
We want you to be obsessed with your Lolli Wraps purchase. If you aren’t, please message us about an exchange. You have 30 days, just email us at, hello@lolliwrapsx.com.au or request an exchange via our Returns Centre.
Can you create a custom order for me?
Sorry angel, we can’t work on bespoke pieces. But, if you have a suggestion for something sexy you think we’re missing, let us know!
How will I know my size?
You can easily find the size chart provided on every product listing under "SIZE CHART".
If you're unsure about sizing, don't worry! We're here to assist you in finding the perfect fit. Simply reach out to us at hello@lolliwrapsx.com.au with your measurements and the style you're interested in. We'll guide you on which size will suit you best.
Mistakes can happen, so if you accidentally select the wrong size, no problem! We offer a 30 day exchange policy, giving you plenty of time to get the right size sorted out for you.
Can I get discreet packaging?
For sure. All orders come in unbranded, recyclable packaging and an unbranded plain waterproof compostable outer mailer from

Are the free lollies I got with my order vegan?
Yes! Our lollies are 100% vegan. They’re also nut free, gelatin free, dairy free, soy free, gluten free and fat free.
Sustainability stuff
What are your harnesses made from?
Our harnesses are made from two different materials: non-toxic polyurethane leather or ultra soft corn peel, plant-based leather. Both are vegan and much better for you and the planet than PVC plastic or animal skin alternatives.
Why don’t you use real leather?
We believe you shouldn’t have to kill another creature to look sexy. Plus textile technology has come such a long way, we have much better high quality leather alternative options available now, which we prefer to use <3
What’s the deal with your hardware?
All our hardware is totally nickel free. This means it's less likely to irritate your skin, looks shinier and lasts a lot longer too.
What are your shibari ropes made from?
We sell shibari made from bamboo, jute, hemp, cotton, cotton/linen blend, nylon and polyester. Take your pick!
Is all of your packaging eco-friendly?
Of course, sugar. Our cardboard boxes and mailer bags are made from eco-friendly 100% compostable materials. Even the little baggies we pack your lollies in are biodegradable.
Where are Lolli Wraps X products made?
After our founder Tiana has designs all products from her studio in Victoria, Australia, she shares all the details with our expert pattern maker to sample styles and sizes according to Tiana's custom designs. Tiana and the pattern maker then works with amazing belt specialists team in HangZhou, China to create all our harnesses by hand, in small batches.

What is shibari?
Shibari comes from a Japanese martial art called Hojojutsu, which focuses on rope tying. The Japanese BDSM scene gave the art a seductive twist which is known as shibari. It’s often used in the bedroom but lots of people also love to wear shibari over clothes or as clothes. You can learn more on our blog.
Are your harnesses just for women?
Nope. All adult ages, genders, sexualities and sizes can wear harnesses!
How do you wear a harness?
Each harness is slightly different, but almost all of them can be worn over clothes, completely naked, or somewhere in between. You make the rules.
Are harnesses just for sex stuff?
They don't have to be! Sometimes it’s fun to just dress up. Loads of people wear harnesses to festivals, parties, the mall, or just to hang out at home in... We believe feeling good about yourself is self-care. Do what makes you happy.
